These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of CapitalTradePULSE.net referred to as the Platform. By creating an account or using any service on the Platform you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree you must not use the Platform.

3 Account Registration and Security
- You must provide accurate complete and current information during account creation and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach.
4 Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions
Access to certain services may be restricted based on your location residency or applicable regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with local laws.
5 Funding Trading and Payouts Overview
- Deposits credits and account balances displayed on the Platform may represent notional or real funds depending on the product you select.

6 Withdrawal Policy
If you are a first time trader on the Platform you are not eligible to request or receive any withdrawal until after completing 31 trading days on the Platform. Trading days are counted as calendar days on which the Platform is open for trading activity and your account remains in good standing with no compliance holds or investigations.
- After the initial 31 trading day period standard withdrawal windows and limits apply as published in your account dashboard.
- We may delay or deny withdrawals where required by law by our anti money laundering and fraud controls or where account reviews are pending.
- Fees currency conversion and payment provider charges may apply and will be disclosed during the withdrawal process.
7 Deposits and Fees
- Deposit methods limits and processing times vary by region and provider.
- Service fees and trading fees where applicable are displayed before you confirm a transaction. By proceeding you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

All content trademarks logos and software on the Platform are owned by CapitalTradePULSE Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited non exclusive non transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.
13 User Content
If you post upload or otherwise provide content to the Platform you grant us a worldwide non exclusive royalty free license to use reproduce modify adapt publish translate and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
14 Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Notice which explains how we collect use and protect your information. Please review it carefully.
15 Service Availability and Changes
We may modify suspend or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time to maintain security or comply with regulatory requirements. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice where feasible.
16 Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind whether express or implied including implied warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.
17 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law CapitalTradePULSE Ltd and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages or any loss of profits revenues data or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Platform even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars.
18 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CapitalTradePULSE Ltd its officers directors employees and agents from any claims damages losses and expenses including legal fees arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.
19 Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms engaged in prohibited conduct or where required by law or regulation. You may close your account at any time subject to settlement of outstanding obligations and applicable withdrawal rules.
20 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greenacre. Courts located in Australia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms subject to any mandatory arbitration or consumer protection rules that apply in your jurisdiction.
21 Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint please contact us at support@capitaltradepulse.net. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally you agree to pursue resolution through the courts identified above or where applicable through an arbitration forum if this section is later updated to include arbitration.
22 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
